Suspend Customer allows you to temporarily block a customer account from receiving new jobs, quotes, or invoices while still retaining their history and records in the system. It’s useful for managing overdue accounts, disputes, or paused contracts.
Yes. You can view all past jobs, quotes, invoices, and notes for suspended customers.
Simply return to their record and choose “Unsuspend Customer.” They will then be able to receive new jobs and quotes again.
No. Suspension is an internal control and does not automatically notify the customer.
