Joblogic began as an internal tool within the Carter Group and was commercialised in 1998 through Tracer Management Systems. In 2012, the platform moved to a software-as-a-service model, and in 2013 the business was acquired by its current leadership and rebuilt in the cloud on Microsoft Azure, alongside the launch of its mobile app and Customer Portal.
Over the last decade, Joblogic has scaled its platform, expanded internationally, and strengthened its capability to support complex service operations. The business now has over 400 <TBC by HR> employees across the UK, Pakistan, and Vietnam, serving thousands of organisations managing both single-site operations and large, distributed asset portfolios.
Since 2023, Joblogic has added Protean, Clik, Arantico, and Invida, extending its capabilities across field service and facilities management.
