Third parties whose content appears on Our Site may use third-party cookies, as detailed below in Part 13. Please refer to Part 13 for more information on controlling cookies. Please note that we do not control the activities of such third parties, nor the data that they collect and use themselves, and we advise you to check the privacy policies of any such third parties.

We use the following automated systems for carrying out certain kinds of decision-making and profiling. If at any point you wish to query any action that we take on the basis of this or wish to request ‘human intervention’ (i.e. have someone review the action themselves, rather than relying only on the automated method), the Data Protection Legislation gives you the right to do so. Please contact us to find out more using the details in Part 1.

  • The following automated decision-making method(s) may be used:
    • We use HubSpot to automatically score and categorise leads based on their interaction with our website and services.

  • The following automated profiling may take place:
    • We use third-party tools (Lusha, Leads Forensics and Apollo) to enrich the professional profiles of our business contacts.
    • Legal Basis: Legitimate Interests to ensure our records are accurate and to tailor our B2B communications.

We will only use your personal data for the purpose(s) for which it was originally collected unless we reasonably believe that another purpose is compatible with that or those original purpose(s) and need to use your personal data for that purpose. If we use your personal data in this way and you wish us to explain how the new purpose is compatible with the original, please contact us using the details in Part 1.

If we need to use your personal data for a purpose that is unrelated to, or incompatible with, the purpose(s) for which it was originally collected, we will inform you and explain the legal basis which allows us do so.

In some circumstances, where permitted or required by law, we may process your personal data without your knowledge or consent. This will only be done within the bounds of the Data Protection Legislation and your legal rights.

7. How Long Will You Keep My Personal Data?

We retain the personal data we collect from you where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so (for example, to provide you with a service you have requested or to comply with applicable legal, tax or accounting requirements). In certain circumstances, we will need to keep your information for legal reasons after our contractual relationship has ended. The specific retention periods depend on the nature of the information and why it is collected and processed and the nature of the legal requirement. We keep your information when we have a legal obligation to do so:

    • for tax and accounting purposes;
    • to deal with and resolve requests and complaints (e.g. if there is an ongoing complaint with respect to the services);
    • to protect individuals’ rights and property; and
    • for litigation or regulatory matters (e.g. we would retain your information if there was an ongoing legal claim and the information was relevant to the claim. This information would be retained until the legal claim had been concluded.)

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need or legal reason to process your personal data, we will either delete or anonymise it or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal data has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal data and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
