Joblogic's database allows you to store details of all the automatic doors and gates at your customers' sites. Each door is listed against the relevant location with a serial number. You can easily create planned maintenance schedules and track of jobs with the weekly and monthly schedule views and automatically generate invoices. Repair and maintenance work can also be logged and given priorities to make sure you don't miss your SLA. You can even manage your contracts in the software as you can export and email PPM contracts when needed, and you can also suspend PPM contracts.
