With live GPS tracking, you can determine the geographical location of your engineers in real-time, helping you to select the best engineer for a reactive job and keep track of all job status updates. You engineers are displayed on an embedded Google Map along with any relevant job information and current status. The map refreshes every five minutes so it's a great way of checking to see who's closest to a customer site when a new job comes in.
