TRS Cooling Limited is an Oxfordshire-based HVAC and refrigeration specialist established in 2015, known for its technical expertise in installation, service maintenance and repairs. The business works across a broad range of projects from single split installations to large VRV systems while supporting compliance-focused clients.
As the business grew, TRS Cooling recognised the need for stronger operational control and better visibility across planned and reactive work. Manual systems made it harder to maintain oversight of scheduled maintenance and compliance requirements.
To strengthen workflows and support smarter planning, TRS Cooling turned to Joblogic’s HVAC software to centralise job data and create a more efficient, scalable way of working across the business.

The Asset Management functionality has been a crucial part of Kershaw’s everyday tasks. Details of every asset can be recorded by engineers on-site which can then be sent to the back office and added to a fully-fledged asset register. With this, management can keep track of their important equipment which also helps to reduce the time-consuming strain of admin tasks.
The F-Gas Tracking module has been considered a primary selling point by Director Tristan Spence. Thanks to our partnership with Refcom, Joblogic has removed the burden of compliance administration to aid TRS Cooling's field engineers, managers and customers alike.
Planned Maintenance schedules have also been greatly enhanced by Joblogic's HVAC Software. It has allowed for maintenance schedules to be created very easily with a user-friendly drag and drop planner, which has the added capability to drill right down to the equipment task level. This feature has enabled managers to keep on track with both planned and reactive maintenance services tasks.
