Maskold Environmental Ltd. is a family-run business with a legacy of service excellence spanning more than 80 years, delivering air conditioning and refrigeration solutions across the healthcare, education, and residential sectors. With a strong focus on NHS contracts and a commitment to quality over quantity, the team has built its reputation on high standards and long-term customer relationships. Several long-standing customers have stayed with them for decades, including one relationship that has lasted over 30 years.
Despite this success, the business faced increasing operational pressures. Compliance requirements, frequent audits and evolving ISO standards made manual processes harder to sustain. Paper job folders, printed invoices and time-consuming admin tasks were slowing the team down. As Director Cassie Hunt put it, “Staying on top of everything was the biggest challenge.”
