AI Product Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an AI Product Specialist to join our AI Product Operations team. You will support the delivery and continuous improvement of AI products and AI agents within a SaaS-based product environment, from customer discovery and agentic workflow design through requirements, delivery, UAT, customer onboarding, feedback, and post-release improvement.

You will work closely with customers, Product, and Development teams to translate business needs into clear workflows, specifications, and prioritized product improvements.

What your main focus will be

  • Understand customer business processes, use cases, and agentic workflows.
  • Create workflow diagrams, product requirements, and specification documents.
  • Support the planning and delivery of AI agents, product features, and enhancements.
  • Manage product and improvement backlogs and support prioritisation.
  • Coordinate delivery with Development and other internal teams.
  • Clarify requirements and manage changes throughout development.
  • Plan and run UAT, track issues, and support release readiness.
  • Support customer onboarding, pilots, product adoption, and rollouts.
  • Gather and analyse customer feedback, usage insights, and evolving requirements.
  • Investigate product issues and coordinate fixes through to resolution.
  • Run post-release QA evaluations and identify quality and performance improvements.
  • Maintain accurate Jira tickets, documentation, customer updates, and project records.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Project Management, Business Analysis, Implementation, Customer Success, or a similar role.
  • Experience working in a SaaS-based product or technology environment.
  • Experience supporting or coordinating software or technology product delivery.
  • Strong requirements gathering and business process analysis skills.
  • Experience creating workflow diagrams, specifications, and product documentation.
  • Experience managing product, feature, or improvement backlogs.
  • Good understanding of UAT, release readiness, and QA processes.
  • Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisation, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive actions through to completion.

Nice-to-have points

  • Experience with AI products, AI agents, or agentic workflows.
  • Understanding of FSM business processes or similar operational workflows.
  • Experience with Jira, HubSpot, SharePoint, or similar tools.
  • Experience with customer onboarding, pilots, implementation projects, or SaaS product adoption.
  • Experience running structured QA or product evaluation activities.
  • Experience working with international customers.
