Senior Sales Development Representative – Expansion (SaaS)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative – Expansion to support our next phase of growth following recent acquisitions.

As Joblogic continues to acquire complementary businesses, we inherit customer bases with strong relationships but varying levels of product alignment. Your mission will be to engage these customers, understand their current setup and challenges, and generate qualified meetings to explore migration and expansion onto the Joblogic platform.

This is not traditional high-volume cold outbound. These accounts are warmer — but the intent is colder. The role requires a consultative mindset, strong internal collaboration, and the ability to map business pain to measurable outcomes.

You’ll work closely with leadership, account managers, and group companies to maximise migration opportunities and unlock long-term customer value.

What your main focus will be

  • Prospect and engage customers from recently acquired businesses via phone, email, LinkedIn, and creative outreach channels
  • Research accounts thoroughly to understand their current systems, workflows, and potential migration needs
  • Generate high-quality, qualified meetings focused on expansion and migration
  • Map customer pain points to Joblogic’s FSM and CAFM capabilities
  • Collaborate internally with Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership to align migration strategy
  • Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot and Salesloft
  • Contribute to shaping best-in-class expansion and migration SDR processes
  • Occasionally represent Joblogic at industry events and customer engagements

What you bring

  • 18+ months experience in B2B SaaS sales or SDR roles
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets
  • Strong outbound prospecting and qualification skills
  • Ability to conduct consultative discovery conversations
  • Strong relationship-building skills with prospective customers
  • Excellent communication skills in British English (verbal and written)
  • Resilience, curiosity, and a positive, coachable attitude
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Alignment with our Sales Development values: Growth Mindset, Ownership and Leadership

Nice-to-have Points

  • Experience using HubSpot, Salesloft, or similar CRM tools
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or SDR automation platforms
  • Exposure to Field Service Management, Facilities Management, ERP, or SaaS platforms
  • Experience working in migration, expansion, or land-and-expand sales motions
