What does the implementation actually look like for a 200+ engineer operation?

6 to 10 weeks end-to-end. Week 1: kick-off and technical discovery. Weeks 2 to 4: configuration, data migration, integration build. Weeks 5 to 6: train-the-trainer sessions. Weeks 7 to 8: pilot with one trade or region. Weeks 9 to 10: phased rollout. Named onboarding lead from day one, weekly steering meetings, executive sponsor on our side.

How do you handle data migration from our existing system?

Our migration team has done it from every major competitor: ServiceTitan, BigChange, Simpro, Tesseract, Protean, in-house builds, you name it. Customers, assets, contracts, planned maintenance schedules, historical job data. We scope and quote migration as part of the commercial conversation, with clear SLAs around data accuracy.

What's the security and compliance posture?

ISO 27001 certified, Cyber Essentials Plus, GDPR-compliant by design, UK data residency, encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3), SSO via SAML 2.0, role-based access control, full audit logging. Penetration tests annually, available under NDA. SOC 2 Type II in progress for 2026.

Can we talk to a reference customer at our scale?

Yes. We’ll arrange reference calls with customers in your sector and at your size, before commercial discussions if you’d prefer. We don’t gatekeep. We’d rather you hear it directly.

What are the contract terms, and what happens if it doesn't work out?

Standard term is 36 months for Enterprise, with annual review. 90-day exit clause. Full data export in a usable format (CSV, JSON, or via API) on exit. No hostage tactics, no termination fees beyond outstanding licence fees. We’d rather you stay because Joblogic works, not because you’re trapped.
