Sales Development Representative (Outbound) – SaaS

About the role

We are looking for highly motivated Outbound Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our growing global sales team.  

As an SDR at Joblogic, you will play a critical role in driving new business growth by identifying and engaging potential customers across the UK market. You will be responsible for prospecting, cold calling, qualifying leads, and booking product demonstrations for our Account Executives. 

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-performance sales environment, enjoys building conversations with decision-makers, and wants to develop a long-term career in B2B SaaS sales. 

You will work closely with our Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations teams to build strong pipelines and help accelerate Joblogic’s continued growth.

What your main focus will be

  • Identify and research target companies within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Engage with decision-makers including business owners, directors, and operations leaders.
  • Qualify prospects and identify their business challenges and operational needs.
  • Book qualified product demos and discovery meetings for the Account Executive team.
  • Manage prospecting activity, sequences, and pipeline updates within CRM systems.
  • Work towards monthly and quarterly KPIs including calls, conversations, meetings booked, and pipeline generated.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales to optimise outreach campaigns.
  • Continuously improve outreach messaging, objection handling, and prospect engagement strategies.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends within field service and facilities management sectors.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex product features into simple, clear explanations.
  • Experience working with SaaS or CRM platforms, ideally in a customer-facing or support role.
  • Empathy and patience when working with users of different technical backgrounds.

What you bring

  • 6–12+ months of experience in B2B SaaS SDR / outbound sales roles.
  • Proven ability to cold call, prospect, and generate qualified sales opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills in British English (written and verbal).
  • Comfortable working in target-driven, high-performance sales environments.
  • Experience using CRM systems and outbound prospecting tools.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a structured outreach pipeline.
  • High levels of resilience, motivation, and a growth mindset.
  • Strong ability to learn quickly and adapt to new sales processes and messaging.
  • Team player with a positive, proactive attitude

Nice-to-have Points

  • Experience selling B2B SaaS software solutions.
  • Experience selling into field service, facilities management, construction, or maintenance industries.
  • Experience using tools such as HubSpot, SalesLoft, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience working within high-growth SaaS companies.
  • Strong interest in building a long-term career in technology sales.
