Partnerships Manager (SaaS)

About the role

We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to build and scale Joblogic’s partner ecosystem as a key part of our go-to-market strategy.

This is a strategic and hands-on role focused on developing high-impact partnerships that generate qualified leads, strengthen our market presence, and expand our product ecosystem.

Initially, the role will focus heavily on industry association partnerships across the field service sector, with future expansion into:

  • Technology integrations
  • Marketplace listings
  • Referral and reseller partner programs

Reporting to the VP of Growth, you will work closely with Marketing, SDRs, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to activate partnerships through campaigns, integrations, and joint go-to-market initiatives.

You will also collaborate with an existing Partnerships SDR and upcoming Partner Marketing Specialist, helping build a repeatable and scalable partner-led growth engine.

What your main focus will be

  • Enhance and develop Joblogic’s partner strategy across the FSM ecosystem
  • Activate 2+ new industry association partnerships per month across 15+ field service sectors
  • Identify new opportunities for technology partnerships and integrations
  • Launch co-branded campaigns with partners to generate leads and engagement
  • Develop partner programs that provide value to partner members (e.g., trials, free access initiatives)
  • Deliver qualified MQLs and warm opportunities into the SDR pipeline
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, SDR, Product and CS teams
  • Align partner messaging with Joblogic’s GTM strategy
  • Ensure seamless lead capture and partner campaign activation
  • Collaborate with Product teams to develop a roadmap of strategic integrations
  • Expand the Joblogic ecosystem through technology partnerships and marketplace opportunities
  • Own partner onboarding and enablement processes
  • Develop long-term relationships with key partner stakeholders
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partner engagement
  • Develop reporting and attribution frameworks to measure partner performance
  • Track MQLs, pipeline generation, and campaign effectiveness
  • Continuously optimise partner activity based on data insights
  • You become known internally as the connector between product, marketing, and sales through strategic partnerships
  • You build a scalable partner-led pipeline engine
  • You expand partnerships beyond associations into technology integrations and future reseller models
  • You create a repeatable and measurable growth channel
  • Partners see Joblogic as a high-value and collaborative ecosystem partner

What you bring

  • Experience in partnerships, channel development, or strategic B2B marketing
  • Strong commercial mindset and ability to identify growth opportunities through partnerships
  • Experience managing partner campaigns, relationships, and GTM initiatives
  • Ability to collaborate across marketing, sales, and product teams
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems and campaign reporting
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills

You should also be comfortable:

  • Owning both strategy and execution
  • Working in a fast-growth SaaS environment
  • Building new programs and scalable processes

Nice-to-have Points

  • Experience in SaaS partnerships or ecosystem development
  • Experience working with industry associations or trade bodies
  • Exposure to technology integrations or partner marketplaces
  • Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
  • Familiarity with Field Service Management or Facilities Management industries
