Joblogic integrates with SFG20 as part of its Digital Partner Programme

Joblogic has partnered with SFG20 to make standards-led planned maintenance deliverable at scale inside Joblogic. This partnership is about reducing the manual work that sits around compliance - so teams spend less time rebuilding evidence trails, and have more confidence that work is being delivered consistently across sites.

SFG20’s State of Facilities Management Report 2025 reinforces why this matters now. It found that 53% of FM (facilities management) professionals rated digital transformation as a highly important priority, around a fifth flagged integrations with existing systems as a pain point, and 77% said compliance is at least a moderate challenge.

Part of SFG20’s Digital Partner Programme

SFG20 introduced its Digital Partner Programme to support FM systems that integrate with Facilities-iQ. Facilities-iQ allows users to create maintenance plans, tailor them to site-specific requirements, receive notifications when the standard is updated, and choose when to implement those updates.

Paul Bullard, Product Director at SFG20, said:
“We are thrilled to have Joblogic join our Digital Partner Programme. Our proprietary, free to use, integration ensures that end users receive the latest version of SFG20 maintenance schedules.”

What this means for Joblogic customers

Instead of managing SFG20 task lists outside Joblogic, or keeping them updated by hand, the SFG20 Facilities-iQ integration add-on keeps schedules and instructions aligned inside Joblogic.

  • SFG20 schedules and Facilities-iQ tasks are synced into Joblogic, keeping task lists current across contracts and sites.
  • Engineers can search, view, and complete SFG20 instructions in the Joblogic mobile app, including frequency, criticality, and estimated time.
  • Sync events are tracked with logs and error reporting, supporting audit readiness.

This is built for teams running planned maintenance across multiple contracts or sites, where consistency matters and evidence needs to be easy to find. It helps reduce duplication, removes manual upkeep, and keeps engineers working from the same standardised set of instructions in the tools they already use.

Available in the Joblogic Marketplace

The SFG20 Facilities-iQ integration add-on is available now for Joblogic customers in the Marketplace.
