Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Please see all terms and conditions related to Joblogic’s referral program:

Joblogic (“we”, “us” the “Company”) offers you the opportunity to earn vouchers by referring friends to use Joblogic Your participation in the Joblogic Referral Program (“Joblogic Referral Program” or “Program”) can earn mutually beneficial rewards as the referrer (“Referrer”) and the referee (“Referred Customer”). We reserve the right to terminate the Program at any time for any reason. The Program is administered by Joblogic. These terms (“Terms”) apply to a user’s participation in the Program. By participating in the Program, users agree to use the Program as outlined herein, and consistent with any other terms we may apply to the Program. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, then you cannot participate in the Program. Users also cannot where in so doing, they would violate any applicable law or regulations.

Joblogic’s referral program terms and conditions are subject to change at anytime. Please check back regularly to make sure you are aware of the terms and conditions at point of referral.

The Referrer

1. To participate in the Program, you must refer company to the Program by formally introducing them via email to Joblogic and keep this correspondence as evidence of your referral as we might ask for it from you. Or, please submit the form and enter the details on our Customer Referral page. These options are the only acceptable ways to refer a contact, in order to qualify for the referral commission. If your referee makes direct contact with Joblogic prior to you referring them via email to Joblogic, this will not be eligible as a referral.
2. Referrers must be an existing, active Joblogic user, and in good standing.
3. The company you’re referring must not be in Joblogic’s existing pipeline, meaning we have not had prior contact with the business you’re referring.
4. Referrers are eligible to receive a reward for every referred customer who activates their Joblogic subscription.
5. The Referrer will receive a reward of their choice, worth a percentage of their Referred Customers annual subscription cost detailed below:
a. Option 1: The Referrer can choose to receive a commission worth 10% of the Referred Customers’ first year annual subscription cost in the form of Joblogic Points credited to their Joblogic account. 1 Joblogic Point is equal to £125. Points can be used for professional services.
b. Option 2: The Referrer can choose to receive a commission worth 5% of the Referred Customers’ first year annual subscription cost in the form of cash or a voucher of your choice.
c. The Referrer can only choose one of the above options per each successful referral.
6. If the referrer makes 5 successful referrals, they will receive an additional £100 gift card of their choice.
a. The £100 gift card will be rewarded in addition to the reward chosen for the original referrals.
b. You will receive only x1 £100 additional gift card, per 5 successful referrals.
c. The Referrer can choose to receive either a £100 Amazon or One4All gift card.
d. All 5 referrals have to be successful in order to be eligible to receive the £100.
7. The commission examples on the Customer Referral page, do not take into account any confidential discounts, offers or promotions included in your Joblogic subscription; they are there to act as a standard example of commission calculation. Offers and discounts are added confidentially at the discretion of your sales representative, at the point of sale. For an accurate commission calculation specific to your Joblogic account, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
8. The Referrer can choose to be rewarded either with an Amazon or One4All gift card, in cash for the same value, or credit to your Joblogic account in the form of Joblogic Points. If you chose to receive cash, an invoice must be raised from the Referrer to Joblogic.
9. The Referred Customer must become an active user of Joblogic within 6 months of your referral, for you to be eligible for a reward.
10. Referral rewards only apply to the number of user licences quoted in the Referred Customer's initial sales proposal. Any additional users added after this point are not eligible for further rewards. Referral rewards also do not apply for any contract renewals.
11. Once your Referred Customer has become an active Joblogic customer, we will be in touch with the Referrer for the Referrer to receive their reward. This is dependant on the Referred Customer’s subscription type:
a. Annual contract: Referrer will receive their reward after their first annual invoice has been paid.
b. Rolling contract: Referrer will receive their reward after 3 monthly payments have been made, based on their original subscription cost.
12. Due to our administration process, referral payments will be processed once a month, the date is known to internal operations. It might happen that by not meeting this date, a referral payment is made a month later than expected.
13. Referrers must respect the spirit of the Program by only referring real individuals who meet the requirements of these Terms and Conditions.
14. Companies and employees of Joblogic or their subsidiaries, affiliates or promotional agencies, including family members, are not eligible.
15. The Referrer can refer as many companies as they like. There is no limit to the rewards the Referrer can receive.
16. We wish to keep this scheme open to as many Referrers as possible, however, we reserve the right to end the collaboration at any time.
17. If the Referrer’s Referred Customer does not meet the criteria below, the Referrer will not receive their reward. Please refer to the Referred Customer T&Cs below.

The Referred Customer

1. To be eligible for a Joblogic promotion, you must become an active customer of Joblogic within 6 months of being referred by the Referrer.
2. The promotion is only applicable to the Referred Customer if they;
a. Commit to an annual subscription.
b. Commit to a rolling monthly contract with a 6 month minimum commitment.
and they must
c. Subscribe a minimum of 5 users to their contract.
3. The Referred Customer must be a new customer to Joblogic. They must not be a current, active user or have previously been an active user of Joblogic, or in our pipeline prior to the introduction email. This will not count as an eligible referral.
4. The Referred Customer must be a genuine company ie. you cannot create a fake company name or email domain, to get more rewards.
5. The Referred Customer will receive a reward of 50% off the first 3 months and a free training session.
6. The Referred Customer cannot exchange the current promotional offer in exchange for any monetary value.
7. If the Referred Customer does not meet the T&Cs outlined above, neither the Referred Customer nor their Referrer will receive the current promotional benefits.
