Message from the CEO

Happy New Year to you and your colleagues from everyone at Joblogic! My personal new year’s resolution is to do a bit more reading. I’ve been enjoying ‘Good to Great’ by Jim Collins. It's full of information about what it takes to build a truly great business. There’s lots of valuable takeaways from the book, but what I really love about it is that it’s supported by years of research and data.

That’s going to be a theme for us this year as we try to help you on your own journeys to building great companies. As we enter 2024, we can confidently say that Joblogic is an Enterprise level Field Service Management/CAFM platform. So what? It’s no good having a comprehensive feature set if you aren’t fully adopted and using it to maximise the benefits for your own business.

Since securing investment from our partners at Axiom Equity back in March, we've invested heavily in our Customer Success and Data teams. Our plan for 2024 is to leverage these teams to help you to drive adoption of the software throughout your business. By giving our teams access to your adoption metrics, we can help you fully engage with the system and drive all the efficiency gains required to grow your company to the next level.

We have also invested in our own Artificial Intelligence business unit. The team that includes data scientists and software developers will be working on harnessing the power of AI to improve both the Joblogic platform and our service levels.

In terms of the software platform, you can expect to see some exciting new features including the Subcontractor Hub, Project Management, Hire Module, Multi-Company Management and more. We’re also building a suite of integrations to commonly used third-party software systems to relieve the burden on double entry of data for your teams.

The Subcontractor Hub will enable you to connect your subcontractors to the Joblogic system, meaning that you can enjoy the same digital experience when deploying jobs as if you were dispatching to your own directly employed field operatives. This solves multiple problems around compliance and customer updates and consistency, whilst dramatically reducing back-office administration time.
