Keep on top of your jobs with our Job Tracking feature. From scheduling to deploying visits, Joblogic allows you to monitor and track the live progress of jobs in real time. Each time a visit is logged it is given a unique number, meaning it is easy to allocate work to your team via the simple drag and drop scheduler. As soon as the job has been deployed to your engineer’s mobile app, your customer will be updated every step of the way using our integrated Customer Portal. You can also invoice your jobs on the same day by using time and material pricing or customisable schedule of rates.

Manage your payments with Joblogic’s easy-to-use Invoicing feature. Invoices can be created and sent out straight away with pre-populated information straight from our Mobile App. You can invoice job by job or on batch and email them straight out. Create consolidated invoices for a range of jobs, and send applications for payment straight into Microsoft Excel and email them from the system. Jobs can be priced on a quoted basis, using time and materials or via our Schedule of Rates (SOR) module. This feature allows you to create a different library of rates for each customer, if needed. Also, we can import your rates for measured term contracts straight from Microsoft Excel.

Empower your field engineers by giving them full site history, equipment registers, and industry standard service sheets on their device via Joblogic’s Mobile App. Send planned maintenance, repair or install jobs straight to the field with the click of a button. Get your business compliant by making your engineers complete risk assessments upon arrival and record F-GAS use or Gas Safety Certificates. Also, dispatch jobs straight from the back office to your field engineers. No more paper job sheets or unnecessary visits to your office. Engineers can take photos, capture signatures, and record all the parts they have used.
