Joblogic is user-friendly business software that enables the effective management of a mobile workforce. Walker Gas Services engineers use the PDAs to progress a job from start to finish.
Customer satisfaction has improved since the use of Joblogic. Work is completed more efficiently and Landlord’s Gas Safety Certificates can be emailed automatically as soon as a job is complete. It is a much easier system for housing associations and letting agencies who have significant volumes of these forms.
Walker Gas Services is also able to effectively manage its relationship with Homeserve (which outsources work to Walker Gas Services engineers) using Joblogic. Jobs can be sent electronically and tracked, which is important as they receive 300-400 each month. The company also uses TrakLogic which gives visibility over its motor fleet and helps them analyse fuel costs to improve efficiency.
