About Us

Our story

Joblogic was developed as an internal tool by the Carter Group to help with customers, assets compliance and workforce management. Due to Joblogic’s success, Tracer Management Systems was founded in 1998 as an independent company further developing and selling the Joblogic software.

In 2012, Joblogic moved to a more affordable subscription model (SaaS) and in 2013, James Whatmore and Yacoob Moolla took management control and acquired the company and rebuilt the platform in the cloud (Microsoft Azure). In the same year, Joblogic released a complimenting world-class mobile app for Android and iOS devices, as well as a Customer Portal.

Today, Joblogic has over 400 employees across offices in the UK, Pakistan and Vietnam, serving thousands of companies all over the world.

Joblogic as a company is proud to be built by a global team of over 400 employees based in Birmingham (UK - Head Office), Lahore (Pakistan, launched in 2017) and Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam, launched in 2019). The Customer Portal provides your clients with access to relevant data and reporting to ensure visibility based on highly configurable permissions. This is a powerful tool when tendering for a contract.

APIs / Integration

Joblogic can be connected to any system via all-purpose API, such accounting and HR packages or suppliers’ systems. Being a public API, the integration can be created in-house or by Joblogic.
