Who is Joblogic? We are the UK’s leading field service management software provider. At Joblogic, our mission is to provide contractors with world-class field service management software that enables them to grow rapidly, saving time, increasing productivity, and ensuring compliance. Our story

Our story

Joblogic was developed as an internal tool by the Carter Group to help with customers, assets compliance and workforce management. Due to Joblogic’s success, Tracer Management Systems was founded in 1998 as an independent company further developing and selling the Joblogic software.

In 2012, Joblogic moved to a more affordable subscription model (SaaS) and in 2013, James Whatmore and Yacoob Moolla took management control and acquired the company and rebuilt the platform in the cloud (Microsoft Azure). In the same year, Joblogic released a complimenting world-class mobile app for Android and iOS devices, as well as a Customer Portal.

Today, Joblogic has over 400 employees across offices in the UK, Pakistan and Vietnam, serving thousands of companies all over the world.

Joblogic mobile app enables engineers instant access to work orders, job sheets and allows both business and their customers to track the engineer as they travel to the site, progress through the job and complete it.

Joblogic as a company is proud to be built by a global team of over 400 employees based in Birmingham (UK - Head Office), Lahore (Pakistan, launched in 2017) and Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam, launched in 2019).
