In Joblogic each customer can have their own Schedule of Rates by adding multiple ‘Schedule of Rates Libraries’ that contain a list of priced tasks/Items, which may be used as an alternative method of costing to Time and Materials. Providing you can get the SOR in Excel format, you also have the option to bulk import SOR data onto your Joblogic system, saving hours of time in setting up the system.

Upon uploading the SOR data onto the Joblogic system, you have the option to assign multiple SOR libraries against each customer. This in-turn helps the user to add SOR items to job costs by simply selecting the appropriate SOR library, trade category, item, etc. and Joblogic will then price up your job ready for invoicing with the SOR being added to the quote as needed. Sometimes your customer will send over a list of SORs for a job but when the operative goes out to site it becomes apparent that variations are required. Joblogic makes it easy to add variations via related quotat Adding SORs to Jobs ions and create a report for your customer to approve before you raise your invoice. You can also use the SOR library when raising quotes for new work, by which your quotation will be priced accurately, and as soon as the customer gives their approval you can turn the quote into a live job.
