Deploying Jobs to Engineers
Once a job is logged in Joblogic it's really easy to select the engineer and deploy it to their Mobile Engineer Software. The engineer receives the job on their tablet or smartphone within seconds. The App alerts the engineer to the new job using a notification. The engineer can then view all of the job information, including customer address, contact information and access instructions for the site. If there are site assets they are also displayed along with the job description, target appointment date/time and job notes. The engineer can view job attachments such as photos and drawings too. If they click on the postcode for the job, the App launches Google Maps which they can use as a SAT NAV tool. Engineers can access the full history of the site showing all jobs previously carried out. This is a great tool for fault diagnosis.
