When providing Customer Portal access to your customers, it is possible to select the sections of the work they can access. It is even possible to enable users the ability to log jobs without needing to call your office. All these permissions can be edited when immediately adding the Customer Portal user and also by editing a specific user’s permissions. To do this, simply navigate to the Settings menu, the ‘Customer Portal Access’

Joblogic’s Customer Portal gives your customers a place to access their data on a constant basis. They can view real-time status updates on jobs, view where an engineer is in relation to a job site, view asset registers, and have access to important documents like quotes, invoices and reports. The amount of data your customers see can also be altered in the settings. The best thing about the Customer Portal is that your customers can find out vital information without the involvement of your back office. This means that less burden is put on your staff.
Changing your password regularly is good practice to secure your company information. Therefore, we always advise resetting your password every few months to prevent any unwanted entry to your system. To change your password, go to the user’s icon and click on the username of the account you would like to reset. Once you are in the user record, click change password and save your changes.

If you are happy with how Joblogic works alongside your business, you can transfer your trial account to a full licence. Simply click ‘Subscribe’ located in the top navigation menu. Here, you can select a plan and add your payment details. Once done, click ‘Start Subscription’. All Joblogic bills will be withdrawn monthly from this account.

To export your billing data into your accounts package, simply navigate to the left hand side of the screen and choose the ‘Report/Export’ module. Within this screen there will be a variety of exports that can be imported to most major accounts packages (Xero, Sage & QuickBooks) in CSV format.

As we design all our courses so they are bespoke to every customer, we have no specific requirements to start training other than a willingness to learn. Other things that may help are customer, site and costing information. Though not essential, many of our clients find it easier to learn how to use Joblogic while using familiar information and costing methods.
We have a large library of industry standard certificates and forms available, so we may already have something available that will suit your company’s needs perfectly. If there are no suitable options, feel free to get in touch with the sales team who will start the process of getting your bespoke forms set up for electronic use. Please note that any bespoke forms will incur a charge for development time required.
Joblogic mobile has been designed exclusively for use on Android devices (mobile phones & tablets) on version 4.0 upwards. Also, Joblogic mobile can be used on iOS devices (iPad, iPhone & iPod Touch) on version 8.0 upwards. Both of these platforms have a native app available to download from their respective app stores. Unfortunately, Joblogic does not currently support Windows mobile devices.
