The story in brief

Celsius Commercial Refrigeration Ltd is a family-run business with 35 years of experience and has built a reputation for trusted service across the South East. Today, Directors Lauren Dunican and Kieran Reddall lead the company with the same commitment to quality, care, and reliability that has kept customers loyal for decades.

Their team specialises in the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial refrigeration systems, supporting a wide range of businesses that rely on dependable cold storage every day. By combining hands-on expertise with a strong focus on customer relationships, Celsius has continued to grow while maintaining the personal service that defines a family-run company.

As demand grew, so did the strain of relying on outdated systems. The team recognised the need for modern software that could keep pace with their workload and support long-term growth. That search led them to Joblogic.

01
Their challenge

For a small, family-run team, paperwork had become a nuisance they could no longer ignore. Service sheets were written by hand and passed to a bookkeeper before invoices could be raised. Payments were often delayed for days, and job history was stored away in boxes of records.

02
How Joblogic helped

“Before Joblogic, I was spending two hours every day re-entering job details into spreadsheets,” says Lauren Dunican, Director at Celsius Refrigeration. “It was slow, repetitive, and it took time away from customers and growth.”

03
The outcome

Embedding Joblogic into their workflow has allowed Celsius to move on from the admin that was weighing them down and fully focus on serving their customers. Manual tasks that once took hours are now automated, giving both the office team and engineers more time to deliver value.

Challenge & Opportunity

Challenge

Manual processes and limited visibility made it harder to manage jobs efficiently and scale the business.

Paper-based systems reduced visibility and slowed daily operations.

Job sheets and service records were completed manually, creating admin bottlenecks.

Limited access to job and asset history while on-site.

Invoicing was delayed due to paperwork and manual data entry.
Engineer planning relied on spreadsheets, limiting efficiency and coordination.
High admin workload reduced focus on customer service and growth.

Opportunity

Joblogic provided a digital, real-time platform to streamline operations and improve service delivery.

Real-time visibility of jobs, engineers, and customer history in one system.

Digital job sheets removed paperwork and reduced admin time.

Engineers can instantly access full job and asset history in the field.

Invoices can be raised and sent immediately after job completion.

Live scheduling and tracking improved planning and response times.
30–50 hours of admin saved per month, freeing time to focus on customers and growth.
