The questions every prospective customer wants to ask before they pick up the phone.
A user is anyone who logs into Joblogic. That includes office staff (schedulers, finance, admin), field engineers using the mobile app, and managers. You only pay for the people who need access, not your customers, subcontractors, or suppliers using the portal.
We tailor onboarding to the project. In some instances there will be a fee that goes with that. If it’s a bigger project with lots of integrations and nuance, there’ll be a fee for that process. But if you’re a smaller customer, you can probably self-serve and be operational quickly with no extra costs.
Most of our customers commit to 24 or 36 months because that’s where the operational and commercial value really compounds. If a 12-month term suits your business better, we’ll structure it that way. The honest test of our contract length: many of our customers have stayed with us for over a decade, and a good number for more than two.
Yes. You can upgrade to Premium or Enterprise at any time. We’ll prorate the difference. Downgrading happens at the next renewal. Your data and configuration carries over either way.
Because Enterprise customers typically need custom integrations (SAP, Sage Intacct, multi-client portals like eLogbook or Vantify), bespoke configuration for their workflows, named onboarding leads, and dedicated account management. We scope those individually rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all price.
Per-user pricing scales linearly up to 50 users. Above that, we’ll typically structure a custom commercial agreement that reflects volume. Best route is to book an Enterprise demo and we’ll work through it together.
