Users can now assign multiple default engineers per site, ensuring better resilience when primary engineers are unavailable. This update enables seamless scheduling adjustments and minimizes service disruptions.  

A new visual attribute feature provides intuitive icons to highlight key engineer details, such as site preference, qualifications, and proximity, empowering users to make faster, more informed scheduling choices. Additionally, the Planner has been upgraded with customizable "Quick Filters" that apply automatically upon opening, allowing schedulers to view specific teams and relevant jobs instantly. Together, these enhancements streamline the planning process and support higher service quality, helping users manage resources effectively
