Add Asset to Job – PPM Jobs

Improvements have been made when adding a Site Asset to a Job, for PPM Jobs and the Scheduler:

• We now display the ‘Job Asset Service Type Frequency Tasks’.
• You can also now see the number of complete/incomplete tasks.

Help Button

The dropdown that appears from the ‘Help’ button has been tidied up. This will hopefully allow you to find what you need quicker.

Improvements, Modifications & Bug Fixes

Improvements

• Site address information taken from Google should now be more accurate, prioritising postal code over similar place names.
• SMS messages can now be sent internationally. Please ensure you have added the correct dialing codes to the phone number that needs them.

Bug Fixes

• Dynamic Dashboards – We have fixed an issue when updating data sources that would sometimes cause an error.
• ‘Delete all data’ – We have fixed an issue where not all data would be deleted if relevant leak checks existed, all data should now clear down as expected.
• Portal – Users can no longer submit quotes with attachments of over 4Mbs.
• Portal – There has been a fix for PPM schedule details not showing in some instances.
• Portal – There have been fixes for instances where jobs could not be logged because of errors.
