Joblogic Transfer Window News
The transfer window is well and truly open here at Joblogic and we've been doing some business.
It’s been a really positive year both in terms of new customers and product development.
The new web system is well underway and features are being added each month. The mobile apps for both Android and iOS are becoming more and more popular. More customers than ever are interacting with clients via the web portal.
In order to manage our growth carefully and to improve our service levels we’ve added four new faces to the Joblogic squad.
We hope that this demonstrates our commitment to our customer base and helps us to be the best possible service management software partner for your business.
Many of you that have been using Joblogic for a few years or more will remember Colin. He used to head up our technical support team. Colin left the business in 2013 as he wanted to gain more technical knowledge. It was a real blow for us at the time as Colin added so much value to the support team. We’re delighted that we’ve managed to persuade Colin to return to the business as Customer Success Manager. The support team is our youngest department in terms of age so Colin will bring some real experience and leadership to that department.
Colin will be responsible for ensuring that our customers get the most out of Joblogic. By overseeing the customer service team and providing the link between support, sales, implementation and training he will ensure that we deliver a world class software service.
One skill that we’ve always lacked here at Joblogic is graphic design. Anjum has been recruited to enhance the look and feel of our product suite.
He’ll be working closely with our development team over the next two years, primarily focused on the new web version of Joblogic and our mobile apps.
It’s his job to make the system as intuitive and user friendly as possible.
(No not the famous cricketer and politician) Imran will be heading up our iOS development team.
We’re committed to developing our mobile apps for both iOS and Android.
Imran will be responsible for making sure that Joblogic Mobile works well on iPhones and iPads.
Jason has joined us initially on a 12 month apprenticeship in our customer service department.
He is keen to develop both his telephone and technical skills as he looks to secure a permanent position in the software industry.
We’re proud of our track record for bringing through apprentices here at Joblogic and we’ve got high expectations for Jason.
