The reporting module provides both standard and user-definable templates throughout the JobLogic system.

Diary

This drag and drop diary allows you to easily manage the allocation of jobs to engineers. Labour resource can be monitored from a simple overview grid.

This module provides complete control over all scheduled & planned activities. The workflow is status monitored from generation to completion via a control screen.

Job Costing & Invoicing

This part of the JobLogic system provides comprehensive time & material job costing and invoicing. Multiple selling rates may be defined to control mark-ups and sell values on all chargeable items.

Purchase Orders

This module integrates fully with both the Service Desk and Planned Maintenance Scheduler allowing purchase orders to be linked directly to jobs.

Stock Control

If you need stock control, this module allows stock levels to be monitored in locations. Stock profiles ensure each location is correctly stocked and replenished.

Quoting

This module acts as a precursor to the Service Desk, allowing quotes and enquiries to be logged into the system and status tracked to the point of a sales order or cancellation.

Schedule of Rates

This module allows for a schedule of rates to be created for each customer. Rate codes, parts and materials may be costed against any job and a schedule of works report produced.

Web Portal for Clients

JobLogic Web is a web based module that will allow your clients to login through your website and view their job details online in real-time. From here clients will also be able to save and print forms such as Job Sheets and bespoke certificates.

JobLogic Mobile

JobLogic Mobile provides a real-time interface between the JobLogic Office and a mobile operatives' handheld.

Links to Accounts Packages

The account link provides updates to your accounting software package. This module is designed to relieve the double entry of financial information into both systems.
